About the Role
Carwow Group is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. You'll work on cross-functional product teams to build innovative solutions for the automotive industry, helping to shape the future of car buying.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with product managers and tech leads to decide on features for customers
- →Build and review features with the team
- →Ensure operational excellence and share knowledge across the engineering organization
- →Contribute to a platform that will define the future of car buying
- →Collaborate with product managers, designers, user researchers and other developers
Requirements
- ✓Good grasp of Ruby, both plain and with frameworks (e.g. Ruby on Rails)
- ✓Experience working within a TDD environment
- ✓Familiarity with events-based systems like Kafka
- ✓Proficiency with git or other source control systems
- ✓Experience in a metrics-driven team
- ✓Self-driven with a focus on product outcomes
- ✓Ability to work in distributed teams and cross-functionally
- ✓Commitment to writing maintainable code with good documentation and tests
- ✓Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge
