About the Role
The Implementation Manager serves as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers, leading the implementation process across internal and external teams. This role guides new customers through a structured, consultative onboarding experience, ensuring firms are fully educated on Case Status products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead implementations, including oversight of the project plan, stakeholder management, and timeline
- →Serve as an expert consultant regarding product set-up, configuration, functionality, and best practices
- →Conduct discovery sessions with new customers, engaging key users and decision makers
- →Demonstrate strong consultative and advisory skills to drive product adoption
- →Develop implementation project plans and maintain documentation and timeline
- →Utilize rolling implementation metrics to improve processes
- →Deliver prescriptive and consultative product sessions for internal firm project owners
- →Serve as liaison to Sales, Software Trainers, and Account Managers
- →Develop and maintain systematic communication of product feedback with the Product team
- →Maintain consistent usage of internal tools (CRM, Data tools, project management tools)
Requirements
- ✓4+ years' experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably in technology
- ✓Detailed product functionality knowledge
- ✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
- ✓Strong organizational skills for consulting sessions
- ✓Strong analytical approach to determine solutions
- ✓Strong attention to detail and process
