About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst, Data Platform and Analytics to join our team at Caseware, a leading Fintech company in the audit and accounting software industry. This role will play a critical part in advancing our metric-driven culture within our Product Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze product and customer data from multiple sources to uncover trends in adoption, retention, and engagement.
- βDefine, track, and report on key metrics such as NPS, ARR per user, active users, and firm engagement.
- βBuild dashboards and scalable reporting that unify data across systems and make insights accessible to the organization.
- βWork with incomplete, inconsistent, and less structured data, applying creative problem-solving to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust.
- βPartner with Product Managers to validate hypotheses, measure feature performance, and guide prioritization.
- βCollaborate with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, including revenue projections, retentions, and growth modeling.
- βSupport the Commercial team and Market Leaders with insights that inform go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and regional performance.
- βAct as a data advocate ensuring that insights drive decision-making across teams, even when data is fragmented or ambiguous.
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics.
- βStrong background in data mining, quantitative analysis, and problem solving.
- βProficiency in SQL and a scripting language (Python or R) for data wrangling and analysis and working with APIs.
- βExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI (Microsoft Fabric a plus).
- βExposure to product analytics and feedback platforms such as Pendo.
- βExperience working with data platform or engineering teams to improve pipelines and data quality.
- βSelf-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, with strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- βA passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
