About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team at Cast AI, a fast-growing SaaS company operating globally. You will play a key role in hiring great people and building strong teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
→Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from job briefing to offer stage.
→Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions, to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets.
→Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
→Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our recruitment approach sharp and competitive.

Requirements

✓Based in Europe, with 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up environment.
✓Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
✓Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms).
✓Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
✓Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to push back and influence where needed.
✓Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience.
✓Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
