About the Role
Cato Networks is seeking entry-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their team. This role focuses on generating pipeline by setting qualified meetings for Commercial Account Executives and prospecting into accounts via various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate pipeline by setting BANT qualified meetings for Commercial Account Executives
- →Prospect into accounts via phone, email, and social media
- →Conduct discovery conversations with influencers and decision makers
- →Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts
- →Fully understand and evangelize Cato’s solution
- →Log activity consistently in Salesforce and Outreach
- →Consistently achieve quota by hitting daily and weekly performance metrics
- →Complete an in-office 8-5, M-F work week
Requirements

- ✓Prior success interacting with people by phone and email
- ✓Strong and confident presence and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process
- ✓Highly motivated and driven individual who thrives working toward quotas
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- ✓Must live within commutable distance to downtown Boston
- ✓Bonus: understanding of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo
