About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join the Support Ops team. This individual will play a critical role in building solutions end-to-end and executing development projects related to tools, processes, and data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and implement software solutions to support operational requirements, including writing code, testing, debugging, and deploying applications.
- →Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing software systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality or performance, addressing user issues and resolving problems promptly.
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, IS, and DevOps, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with Support goals.
- →Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, proposing and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency.
- →Research new technologies and adapt them for use by our internal customers.
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of full-stack development experience. We’re using React, JavaScript, Python, and more.
- ✓Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- ✓Experience with NoSQL and relational databases.
- ✓Ability to self-learn new skills and technologies and excellent problem-solving skills.
- ✓Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- ✓Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
