About the Role
Cato Networks is seeking a Global Sales Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to support our global Sales Enablement strategy. This role involves translating strategic plans into tangible programs that enhance global onboarding and ensure technology stack adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the continuous evolution of our global onboarding program by refining role-specific learning tracks and defining competency-based milestones.
- →Oversee the execution and tracking of the new hire onboarding process while facilitating learning sessions.
- →Drive engagement with cross-functional SMEs to extract domain expertise and build structured course content.
- →Serve as the primary power user and SME for the Enablement Tech stack to optimize knowledge delivery.
- →Track and analyze leading indicators to drive continuous program improvement.
- →Equip regional Sales Enablement Leads with targeted rep performance insights.
- →Package and present Sales Enablement data and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with a background in instructional design and course development within a SaaS environment.
- ✓Hands-on experience collaborating with technical SMEs and translating complex concepts into digestible knowledge modules.
- ✓Proven experience designing, scaling, and elevating onboarding frameworks with a focus on competency mapping.
- ✓Deep power-user knowledge of common Sales Enablement technologies across LMS, conversation intelligence, and CMS.
- ✓Ability to partner effectively with global teams and translate raw data into actionable training insights.
