We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to build and run the operating rhythm, tools, processes, and execution visibility that help the Product Management organization scale.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management leadership, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Enablement to improve planning discipline, roadmap execution, launch readiness, product data hygiene, and cross-functional alignment.
This role requires a hands-on highly structured, AI-first operator who can translate product leadership priorities into scalable processes, clear ownership, reliable execution, and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate uses AI tools as part of their daily workflow to improve speed, quality, automation, analysis, documentation, and decision support.
Responsibilities
β’ Build and maintain the product organizationβs operating cadence, including planning cycles, roadmap reviews, release readiness reviews, execution checkpoints, and leadership reporting.
β’ Create consistent mechanisms for tracking product initiatives, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across product areas.
β’ Identify gaps in product workflows and implement scalable, lightweight processes across discovery, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch learning.
β’ Own and continuously improve the product management tool stack, including Jira, Asana, Salesforce, documentation systems, roadmap tools, dashboards, and related integrations.
β’ Define and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs that provide visibility into execution health, roadmap progress, launch readiness, PM team efficiency, and process adherence.
β’ Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, product marketing, enabelent and other departments to ensure seamless product operations.
β’ Coordinate product launch readiness across internal stakeholders, ensuring release scope, documentation, enablement materials, timelines, and handoffs are clear and complete.
β’ Help structure how product feedback from customers, sales, customer success, support, and the field is captured, categorized, routed, and made visible to PMs.
β’ Drive adoption of better ways of working across the product organization while keeping processes practical, lightweight, and measurable.
Requirements
β’ 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, R&D Operations, or a similar operational role in a B2B technology company.
β’ Strong AI tools fluency and AI-first mindset; demonstrated ability to use AI tools in daily work to automate repetitive tasks, synthesize large volumes of information, generate high-quality documentation, improve reporting, analyze feedback, and increase team productivity.
β’ Strong experience working with product management and engineering teams in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise software environments.
β’ Proven ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes across cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong project/program management skills
β’ Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, LMS platforms, dashboards, and product/roadmap management systems.
β’ Strong analytical skills and ability to turn messy operational data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
β’ Excellent communication skills in English
β’ High ownership, strong follow-through, and ability to influence without direct authority.
β’ Ability to connect leadership priorities to operational execution, while maintaining strong attention to detail and filtering signal from noise.
