Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and implement configuration changes and system enhancements based on business requirements
- βManage implementation projects end to end, from requirements definition to deployment and training
- βSupport users on their day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting and data fixes
- βManage user accounts, roles/profiles, and permissions for supported applications
- βIdentify areas for improvement and recommend new strategic CRM opportunities
- βDevelop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- βMinimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or project manager
- βSolid hands-on experience with Salesforce system administration
- βStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, Flows, formula fields, and custom views
- βExcellent communication and presentation skills
- βHigh level of English β both verbal and written
- βHighly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- βMust be well organized and able to work effectively in an agile and fast-paced environment
- βEffective problem solver, creative, shows ownership and wants to see issues resolved
- βFast learner in a rapidly changing environment
