About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our localization tech team at CD PROJEKT RED. This role involves leading the localization engineering team focused on delivering cutting-edge systems for dialogue authoring and pipelines, supporting related systems in Unreal Engine such as cinematic design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and support a Localization Tech engineering team
- →Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional departments
- →Foster growth within the development team and nurture technical talent
- →Develop and maintain core technical features and pipelines (Dialogue authoring, content pipelines and related Unreal Engine systems)
- →Optimize and debug features and pipelines in collaboration with QA
- →Ensure alignment across teams (designers, writers, QA, etc.) to deliver cohesive experiences
