About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our fintech company. This role focuses on creating intuitive, accessible, and delightful digital experiences for our diverse user base, including small business owners and financial institution partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with Product Managers to understand user needs across our applications
- →Craft new product features from ideation to production, including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Understand business impact while focusing on UX and UI details
- →Evolve and consolidate our design systems and component library
- →Share work in design reviews and seek feedback from stakeholders
- →Conduct research to translate customer insights into product solutions
Requirements
- ✓Advanced English fluency
- ✓5+ years of designing digital experiences and shipping products
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- ✓Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers and engineers
- ✓Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills
- ✓Learning and growth mindset with self-starting ability
- ✓Online portfolio with web design samples
- ✓Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
