About the Role
The Marketing/Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in Celerion's clinical research marketing efforts. This position combines community outreach with social media management to raise awareness about clinical trials and engage potential participants.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct street marketing at community events and health fairs to promote clinical trials
- →Coordinate with the Admissions team to place potential participants in trials
- →Schedule and plan social media content calendars
- →Create social media graphics using design software
- →Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages
- →Track campaign performance and implement AB testing methods
- →Create digital recaps of outreach events for internal and external communication
Requirements
- ✓High School Diploma or GED required
- ✓Spoken Spanish-English bilingual fluency required
- ✓Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- ✓Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ✓1 year experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations preferred
- ✓Experience promoting brands on social media preferred
- ✓Experience with Canva for graphic design preferred
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
