About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Celonis Services, a strategic services organization focused on the technical aspects of customers' journeys. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Celonis implementations for strategic customers, with a focus on operational and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex transformational customer programs, shaping and defining the project outcome
- →Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from kick-off through to training
- →Lead programs focused on optimizing supply chain and operational processes
- →Manage resources, schedule, scope, and budget on multiple projects
- →Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand goals and requirements
- →Regularly communicate project status, covering key discussion items, action items, risks, and issues
- →Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to minimize impact on project success
- →Provide guidance and mentoring to the implementation team
- →Contribute to the continual improvement of Celonis Services methods
Requirements
- ✓Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations
- ✓Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans
- ✓Strong communication skills and a background in consulting
- ✓Experience in people managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore
- ✓Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals, and statements of work
- ✓A history of working with an ecosystem of partners and managed co-delivery
- ✓Ability to effectively set and manage customer expectations
- ✓Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
- ✓Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products
- ✓Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile)
- ✓Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field
- ✓Language skills: Fluency in German is a strong advantage
