About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Celonis Services, a strategic services organization focused on the technical aspects of customers' journeys. This role involves supporting end-to-end implementations of Celonis’ technology across strategic customers and collaborating with various teams to establish Celonis’ Services Value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex transformational customer programs and steer towards defined project outcomes.
- →Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from kick-off through to training.
- →Manage resources, schedule, scope, and budget on multiple projects.
- →Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand goals and ensure successful implementation.
- →Regularly communicate project status, covering key discussion items, action items, risks, and issues.
- →Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to minimize impact on project success.
- →Provide guidance and mentoring to the implementation team.
- →Contribute to the continual improvement of Celonis Services methods and best practices.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing Project Management in enterprise software implementations.
- ✓Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans.
- ✓Strong communication skills and a background in consulting.
- ✓Experience in managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore.
- ✓Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals, and statements of work.
- ✓A history of working with an ecosystem of partners and managed co-delivery.
- ✓Business Domain Expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain function.
- ✓Strong analytical skills in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- ✓Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
- ✓Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile).
- ✓Fluency in German is required.
- ✓Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
