About the Role
Celonis is seeking a Value Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on managing the entire customer value lifecycle. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and developing early career Value Engineers through the Orbit program, which transforms professionals into field-ready Value Engineers in less than two years.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit the next-generation of Celonis Value Engineers, setting a high-standard for candidate excellence
- →Develop world-class talent with a balanced skill set that includes quantitative, technical, business, process, and sales acumen
- →Coach individuals through hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship
- →Effectively allocate Celonis resources to deliver on company sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets
- →Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization
Requirements
- ✓Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives
- ✓Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite
- ✓Experience with guiding customer’s IT teams throughout their Celonis journey
- ✓Project management skills to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines
- ✓Executive stakeholder management experience
- ✓Value selling experience alongside the customer journey
- ✓Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures
