About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Centivo, an innovative health plan for self-funded employers. This role focuses on developing product vision and roadmaps based on customer feedback and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Commercial teams to identify market growth opportunities
- →Translate market insights into product proposals with measurable business value
- →Define objectives, success metrics, and user outcomes for initiatives
- →Act as the engaged architect for initiatives spanning external user experiences and internal systems
- →Collaborate with Technology and Operations leads to refine project scope and plan delivery approaches
- →Produce high-level requirements and define acceptance criteria for approved projects
- →Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial organizations
Requirements
- ✓Proven ability to partner with commercial teams to shape product direction
- ✓Strong experience defining product requirements and working with technical teams
- ✓Demonstrated experience supporting the launch of customer-centric digital products
- ✓Ability to translate Commercial needs into clear product proposals
- ✓Proficiency with tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- ✓Proven ability to communicate product vision and strategy clearly
- ✓Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- ✓5 years of product management experience, ideally in technology-enabled health plan markets
- ✓3 years' experience working within the large group insurance and/or self-funded market
- ✓Has independently owned a product or features of a product
