About the Role
Centuria is seeking an APR Technical Lead to manage complex IT contracts and lead technical teams. This role requires extensive IT experience and management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage overall project management of complex, multi-task IT contracts
- →Plan, organize and manage groups of employees engaged in technical duties
- →Provide administrative and technical direction to personnel
- →Establish improved procedures and controls to ensure service delivery
- →Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure task completion
- →Identify risks and form contingency plans
- →Analyze operations and schedule training sessions
- →Keep up to date with industry trends
- →Provide deliverables to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing a Tier 2 specialized support desk
- ✓Experience with call management, accounts management, and reporting
- ✓Experience with Service Level Agreements
- ✓ITIL Certification
- ✓1 or more Microsoft Certifications (MCSE or similar)
- ✓15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in management
- ✓BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Management
