About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Designer to join our team at CESO, Inc. This role involves developing designs for complete architectural building projects and coordinating complex engineering systems. The Lead Designer will work with supervision and contribute to bringing clients' visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop detailed scaled plans for building construction projects based on preliminary concepts and design guidelines
- →Design and prepare 2D and 3D construction drawings using CAD or BIM software
- →Research and interpret code issues and implement design solutions
- →Review Civil/SMEP drawings to ensure coordination with architectural design plans
- →Perform redline mark-ups as directed by senior staff
- →Self-check and review completed work to ensure correctness
- →Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- ✓Proficient knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- ✓Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
