WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Main point of contact for the IT Helpdesk queues (Internal and Clubhouse). Handle all tier 1 requests. Communicate and triage elevated requests to the Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager
- Ensure all tickets meet SLAs put in place by the organization.
- Maintain and enhance Chiefβs Atlassian Service Desk instance.
- Manage AI triaging tools to automate helpdesk as much as possible.
- Create documentation to enhance the IT posture of the organization.
- Assist IT Infrastructure Manager with projects/enhancements across the organization.
- Support the clubhouses with IT requests as necessary. This includes but is not limited to:
- Network support
- AV Support - maintenance and event support
- Clubhouse enhancements and upkeep
- Security hardware support
- Support and maintain Chiefβs MDM instances for Apple and Windows devices.
- Assist with new hire provisioning of access and hardware.
- Assist with offboarding as needed.
- Manage and maintain our Okta and Google Workspace instances. Support SaaS administration.
- Support Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure on all IT Projects.
WHAT YOUβVE DONE AND ENJOY DOING:
- 1-3 years experience in an IT Helpdesk role. Customer service is a plus.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally across different departments.
- Willingness to research and push forward when met with roadblocks.
- Growth mindset to ask questions immediately when unsure of how to move forward.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong hands-on technical skills with applications including Cisco Meraki or similar cloud base networking, Okta or another SSO Platforms, Google Workspace, Jamf/Kandji, MaaS 360/Microsoft Intune, Monday.com [Upgrade to PRO to see link] Atlassian Service Desk, Slack, Notion, Zoom/Google Meet.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong team mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting remote employees & locations across multiple time zones.
