Product Manager, Communications Platform at Chime

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Chime’s growth team and lead the communications platform and experiences. This role involves building and scaling the infrastructure that powers how and when Chime reaches millions of members across push, email, and in-app channels. You’ll own the direct-to-member messaging experience and the internal systems that enable product and marketing teams to deliver the right message at the right time, at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own the product vision and strategy for the foundational platform that powers all of Chime’s member communications
• →Build internal tools and APIs to empower product and marketing teams
• →Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to expand platform capabilities
• →Prioritize improvements to platform performance, scalability, and personalization
• →Set the bar for member-facing communications that reflect Chime’s brand values
• →Leverage experimentation and data to evolve platform capabilities
• →Identify and drive high-leverage product opportunities
