About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join Chime’s Growth & Marketing Finance team. This role will partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate growth initiatives and inform strategic investment decisions, bringing data-driven insights to help Chime scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product leadership to support growth strategy discussions and measure the impact of growth initiatives
→Lead cohort-based analyses and deep dives to identify performance trends and areas of opportunity
→Evaluate risks and opportunities to the current growth plan by understanding Chime’s marketing and growth roadmap
→Develop and maintain clear reporting to help business leaders track progress
→Support and improve forecasting processes and tooling
→Contribute to earnings preparation and executive narratives
→Leverage automation and AI capabilities to enhance reporting

Requirements

✓8+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field
✓Exceptional skills with building financial models; experience with Looker and SQL a plus
✓Prior experience with cohort data and ROI analysis; familiarity with marketing ecosystem a plus
✓Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex findings
✓High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
✓Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal guidance
