About the Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our B2B marketing team at ChowNow. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue for our restaurant technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the execution and optimization of B2B email programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- →Build and optimize prospect nurture and sales enablement email programs
- →Execute post-activation lifecycle nurtures to support product adoption and retention
- →Translate lifecycle strategy into scalable email and automation programs
- →Manage campaign builds, QA, deployment, testing, and optimization
- →Develop segmentation, personalization, and suppression strategies
- →Monitor performance and report on engagement, conversion, and revenue impact
Requirements
- ✓2-3+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience
- ✓Proven experience driving demand outcomes from email
- ✓Hands-on expertise with Marketo and sales engagement tools
- ✓Basic understanding of nurture strategy, attribution, and funnel performance
- ✓Detail-oriented executor with a test-and-learn mindset
- ✓Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with various teams
