About the Role

The Revenue Operations Manager will design, scale, and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success at ChowNow. This role owns GTM systems, data, process, forecasting, and performance management to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and implement high-quality reporting and insights to advise internal stakeholders
→Partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment
→Build scalable infrastructure for growth
→Provide system support and answer team questions
→Drive projects through full lifecycle: requirements → build → test → launch → measure
→Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across Sales, Marketing, and CS

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations
✓Track record of driving strategic decision-making with Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, and Partnerships
✓Experience designing and maintaining lead-to-cash workflows
✓Administrator for GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, LeanData)
✓Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Office tools, Google Suite, Salesforce, and JIRA
✓Experience with large data sets, enterprise reporting, and data visualization tools
✓Excellent analytical and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving
✓Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
