About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team at CI&T, a company specializing in technological transformation that combines human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity and building robust data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

→Ensure data is received, refined, transformed, stored, and accessible according to business requirements
→Build and manage robust data pipelines, maintaining databases efficiently in large-scale environments (Big Data)
→Manage high-scale data, applying advanced techniques to ensure data quality and integrity
→Collect, prepare, and transform data for analysis, correcting processing failures and optimizing the data pipeline
→Model new databases and build ETL/ELT according to new business requests and demands
→Add value through the construction, structuring, and optimization of data for effective use by analysts and end users

Requirements

✓Experience with CI/CD pipelines applied to data loading, using tools like Databricks Workflows
✓Experience in designing, building, and delivering data pipelines in scalable environments like Azure Databricks
✓Solid experience with SQL, including Databricks SQL Analytics
✓Proficiency in Python, applying it in data processing environments like Databricks
✓Practical knowledge of Spark
✓Experience with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket
