About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our tech transformation team at CI&T. This role focuses on ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing strategies and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop test plans and strategies to evaluate software functionality and usability
- →Execute various types of tests including functional, exploratory, regression, performance, and security testing
- →Automate test scenarios to increase efficiency and coverage
- →Identify root causes of defects and work with development team to reduce defect rates
- →Validate software compliance with business rules and requirements
- →Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues
- →Document tests and produce quality evaluation reports
- →Participate in planning meetings and code reviews
- →Analyze requirements to ensure test coverage
- →Implement automation algorithms using AI techniques
- →Assist in team management at position map level 4
Requirements
- ✓Experience in developing test plans and strategies
