About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst located in Brazil to work on a financial sector project. This role involves analyzing data to identify opportunities and insights for process improvement and customer experience enhancement, with a focus on applying agent and multi-agent concepts for automation and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• →Explore and analyze data to identify opportunities, patterns, and insights for process and customer experience improvement
• →Develop and apply agent and multi-agent concepts for automation, insight generation, and decision support
• →Create analytical reports and executive presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate results clearly and strategically
• →Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality and consistency
• →Collaborate with business and engineering areas to implement data-driven solutions
• →Support data governance and quality initiatives, including data profiling and enrichment techniques
• →Document methodologies, processes, and results in an accessible and organized manner
• →Analyze customer registration data to identify gaps, missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• →Conduct analyses to identify the origin or motivation of problems
• →Perform descriptive and exploratory analyses to generate insights
• →Propose data-based solutions for improving registration quality
• →Conduct A/B tests and backtests with suppliers to validate hypotheses
• →Apply sampling techniques for comparative data studies
• →Create agents and multi-agents for automation and opportunity discovery
• →Create presentations for presenting results to leadership
