About the Role

We are looking for a Value Stream Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing value streams, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring agile delivery cycles while leading development teams and implementing efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

• →Manage and map value chains to identify improvement opportunities
• →Ensure agility and value activation in short cycles
• →Maintain continuous delivery flow by eliminating blockers and bottlenecks
• →Implement and monitor development, quality, productivity, business, and application health metrics
• →Manage and develop key positions and all squad members
• →Conduct Lean and Agile processes with coaching and experimentation based on hypotheses and design thinking
• →Promote integrated management of application portfolios
• →Manage integrated ecosystem of players, partners, and stakeholders
• →Establish solid client relationships to drive growth
• →Build and structure development teams including selection, training, and management of multifunctional teams
• →Implement efficient development and management processes ensuring quality and operational effectiveness
• →Be data-driven and track progress indicators, results, and financial aspects of the Value Stream
• →Serve as technical and strategic reference for team and clients demonstrating leadership and knowledge
