About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and strategic professional to work at the intersection of user experience and artificial intelligence. The main objective of this role is to ensure that our AI not only provides accurate answers but is also aligned with real user needs and market best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Map processes: Deeply understand user pain points, processes, and journeys to ensure AI responds contextually.
- →Curation and Orchestration: Lead the review of AI-generated responses, ensuring voice tone, technical accuracy, and relevance.
- →Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- →Market Research: Monitor AI trends and consumer behavior to keep the solution competitive and up-to-date.
- →Content Creation: Write and refine prompts and structured responses based on evidence and collected data.
- →Continuous Improvement: Suggest technical and conversational design implementations that enhance user satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience with Content Curation, UX Writing, or Process Analysis.
- ✓Analytical ability to interpret large volumes of feedback and transform them into action plans.
- ✓Excellent writing and communication skills.
- ✓Familiarity with generative AI tools and data analysis.
