About the Role
We are seeking a Release Orchestration Manager to lead the coordination of web application releases and ensure effective integration between different service providers. This role involves acting as a communication link between teams to promote operational excellence and implement software management and SRE best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Orchestrate and manage web application releases to ensure efficient implementation within established deadlines
- →Act as the main point of contact between various service provider companies to ensure clear and effective communication
- →Implement and promote SRE best practices to optimize software reliability, scalability, and performance
- →Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships to facilitate collaboration and alignment of objectives
- →Identify and resolve technical and operational problems using negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- →Conduct follow-up meetings and progress reports for stakeholders to ensure visibility on release status
- →Promote a collaborative and innovative environment while encouraging continuous team development
Requirements
- ✓Experience with software management, agile methodologies, and lean practices
- ✓Practical experience with SRE practices focusing on automation and monitoring
- ✓Ability to handle adversity proactively while maintaining calm and effectiveness under pressure
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills with ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- ✓Previous experience managing complex projects and ability to prioritize demands in a dynamic environment
