About the Role
We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join our team at CI&T. This role involves leading the development and lifecycle management of data products that deliver real value to users, combining technical expertise with product management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and prioritize the product roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
- →Collaborate with data engineers and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- →Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- →Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product enhancements
- →Ensure that data products adhere to quality standards and meet user needs
Requirements
- ✓Advanced English level with excellent organizational and communication skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- ✓Experience in product management, preferably within data-centric environments
- ✓Strong understanding of data analytics, data governance, and data management practices
