About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our team at CI&T, a company specializing in technological transformation that combines human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions. In this role, you will be a technical reference, leading the development of innovative AI-based solutions from architecture design to delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development of software solutions using Python, focusing on quality, scalability, and performance
- →Design and implement modern, scalable interfaces using React and Next.js
- →Define software architectures and ensure the application of good engineering practices
- →Develop and optimize microservices and REST APIs
- →Ensure technical quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to efficient technical solutions
- →Act as a technical reference and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and standards
- →Utilize the Azure platform for implementation and management of cloud services
- →Support the definition of strategies related to Artificial Intelligence and automation
Requirements
- ✓Solid and proven experience in software development with Python
- ✓Experience with React and Next.js for front-end development
- ✓Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- ✓Advanced knowledge in automated testing, CI/CD, and good coding practices
- ✓Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure
- ✓Experience with agile methodologies and version control with Git
- ✓Ability to technically lead projects, focusing on value delivery and collaboration
