About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team at CI&T, working with a major life insurance company. This role involves leading technical aspects of a development squad focused on financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and test new product features, APIs, and integrations
- →Perform code reviews and implement bug fixes
- →Manage code repositories and version control
- →Provide technical guidance to the development team
- →Support technical refinements and solution design
- →Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
Requirements
- ✓Java and Springboot development experience
- ✓Experience with service development, APIs, and microservices
- ✓Knowledge of databases including Postgres, Oracle, DB2, and NoSQL databases
- ✓Experience with Kafka, messaging queues, and AWS cloud
- ✓Docker and containerization skills
