About the Role

We are seeking for a highly talented and experienced Product Designer to join the design team for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI and UX design, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Understand business processes within an organization/product
→Understand/create user personas and user journeys
→Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for an organization/product
→Collaborate with the product owners to understand technical and business requirements
→Support product teams with feature prioritization
→Producing high-level prototyping through wireframes
→Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs can be developed
→Complete UI/UX check on the implementation
→Help streamline processes and eliminate redundancies

Requirements

✓Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
✓Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
✓Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams
✓Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma
✓Advanced English
