About the Role

We are looking for a CI/CD Automation Engineer to join our team at CI&T. This role focuses on automating daily operations and extending tools to eliminate repetitive manual work.

Key Responsibilities

→Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, creating reusable workflows and composite actions
→Develop robust automation scripts in Python and Bash for operational and deployment tasks
→Support development and staging environments, ensuring parity with production
→Assist in writing Helm manifests and Terraform configurations under senior supervision
→Implement quality checks (linting, security scanning) in the pipeline

Requirements

✓Solid experience with Azure Cloud (Container app, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Network, Storage)
✓Proficiency in Git and pull request-based workflows
✓Knowledge of Helm
✓Understanding of GitOps methodology
✓Intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes
✓Ability to read and write code (Python preferred) for automation
✓Understanding of 12-Factor App principles
✓Experience with observability tools
✓Understanding of security concepts in CI/CD (secrets)
