About the Role
CI&T is seeking a Mid-Senior Java Developer to join our team for a technology evolution project supported by AI tools. This role requires technical leadership and expertise in backend development.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Backend development experience with Java
- ✓Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- ✓Familiarity with Git and SVN
- ✓Experience with CI/CD tools
- ✓Understanding of design patterns and best practices
- ✓Knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices
- ✓Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
- ✓Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- ✓Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- ✓Teamwork and leadership abilities
- ✓Software solution design experience
- ✓Understanding of microservices design patterns
- ✓Familiarity with SOLID and Clean Architecture principles
