About the Role
We are looking for a Business Team Leader to join CI&T in Brazil. This role involves leading strategic initiatives that require coordinating multiple business areas and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead business initiatives involving multiple areas and teams
- →Develop and monitor project planning, ensuring deadlines, strategic objectives, and budget control
- →Supervise initiative execution, promoting alignment between teams, tracking deliveries, milestones, and expected results
- →Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- →Utilize collaborative work management tools (Jira, Trello) and metrics tracking tools
- →Identify, propose, and implement improvements in processes, team structure, and work tools
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
- ✓Proven experience in leading projects involving multiple business areas
- ✓Proficiency in project management tools and metrics (Trello, Jira, MS Project, Excel)
- ✓Communication skills with different hierarchical levels, especially executives
- ✓Proactivity, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and result orientation
- ✓Availability to work on-site with clients in São Paulo
