About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our tech transformation team at CI&T. This role involves designing and coding complex systems while serving as a technical reference within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and code complex systems and components using best practices
- →Serve as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and guiding development teams
- →Work closely with development teams and clients to ensure technical excellence
- →Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new technical paradigms
- →Promote a learning and collaborative environment

- →Contribute to technical guidelines and development standards
