About the Role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team at CI&T, working on a financial sector project. This role involves strategic technical partnership with clients, focusing on high-performance microservices development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with CI&T in delivering technical solutions for the financial sector
- →Develop and maintain high-performance microservices with focus on scalability, quality, and security
- →Work on backend development with some frontend integration understanding
- →Participate in all software lifecycle phases from refinement to deployment
- →Propose and implement technical solutions aligned with functional and non-functional requirements
- →Conduct code reviews ensuring quality and best practices
- →Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams
- →Refine and deliver technical solutions across multiple scenarios
- →Ensure consistent, high-standard deliveries through collaborative development
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with Java 17+
- ✓Development with Spring Boot
- ✓Experience with Node.js
- ✓Microservices architecture
- ✓Building and maintaining REST APIs
