About the Role
We are looking for a Java Security Developer to join our team at CI&T. This role focuses on developing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on security and authorization policies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions
- →Define and maintain authorization policies using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and OpenFGA
- →Develop robust Java integrations to connect security ecosystems (Auth0, Ping Identity) to microservices
- →Ensure scalability and security in distributed environments, participating in technical inceptions and refinements
- →Support the team in technical decisions, code reviews, and disseminating secure coding practices
Requirements
- ✓Solid understanding of IAM/CIAM concepts and experience with Auth0 and Ping Identity
- ✓Proficiency in Java (17+) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security)
- ✓Deep knowledge of security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and SAML
- ✓Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, and tools like OPA or OpenFGA
- ✓Experience developing secure RESTful APIs following OWASP Top 10 standards
