About the Role

We are looking for a Data Architect to join our team in Colombia for an international project. This role involves designing and implementing a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution and developing a scalable integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution for golden record management across trading platforms, ERP systems, and Climate Portal 2.0.
→Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data by validating MDM solutions and establishing governance practices.
→Develop a scalable integration architecture that facilitates seamless enterprise-wide data flows and interoperability between systems.
→Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align MDM initiatives with business objectives.
→Monitor MDM performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to optimize data management processes.

Requirements

✓Fluent English is necessary.
✓Strong years of MDM strategy, architecture, and implementation experience.
✓Strong experience with Azure.
✓Expertise working with AI.
✓Data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), Data quality dimensions and measurement, Data security and privacy compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA).
✓Technical Leadership: Enterprise architecture documentation (ArchiMate, TOGAF), Solution architecture and technical design, Architecture review and validation.
✓Cross-functional stakeholder management.
✓Mentoring and knowledge transfer.
