About the Role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team at CI&T. You will design, build, and optimize AWS-based solutions that enhance platform scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design secure, scalable, and cost-aware AWS architectures
- →Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- →Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- →Build and ship services using Docker, managing image optimization and tagging strategies
- →Monitor system performance using CloudWatch, setting up comprehensive logging, metrics, and alerting
- →Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, deployments, and applications
- →Integrate strict security practices, designing least-privilege IAM policies
- →Conduct PoCs to evaluate new tools, methodologies, and architectural changes
- →Write and maintain clear technical documentation
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer focused on AWS platform architecture
- ✓Deep, hands-on experience with core AWS services: VPC, EC2, ALB/NLB, IAM, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB
- ✓Production-level proficiency with Terraform
- ✓Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or similar
- ✓Proven experience with containerization using Docker and ECR
- ✓Solid understanding of AWS networking and security best practices
- ✓Excellent communication skills
