About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified UX Researcher to join our Customer Service team at CI&T. This professional will be responsible for conducting research and analysis during project discovery, focusing on process optimization and automation. The goal is to develop effective service design that provides clear recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges related to services provided.
- →Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and users to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
- →Analyze user data and feedback to generate actionable insights that will guide project design and strategy.
- →Develop personas, user journeys, and empathy maps to visualize and communicate user needs.
- →Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure optimization recommendations are integrated into the final service.
- →Create prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design concepts with real users.
- →Document and present research results clearly and concisely, providing practical recommendations for the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Communication, or related fields.
- ✓Previous experience as a UX Researcher, preferably in Customer Service or related projects.
- ✓Strong knowledge of UX research methods and tools, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and heuristic analysis.
- ✓Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful insights.
- ✓Experience in design thinking and agile methodologies.
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present results to diverse audiences.
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
