About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work directly with international client teams, helping business partners define solutions to their challenges. This role involves engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Actively engage with clients and stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and identify pain points
→Analyze gathered information to create clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
→Collaborate with business and technical teams to facilitate prioritization workshops
→Partner with the technical team throughout the development process to ensure solutions align with client requirements
→Implement a continuous validation process through regular feedback loops with stakeholders
→Lead initiatives for continuous improvement within the squad
→Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments

Requirements

✓Advanced/Fluent English
✓Experience in the healthcare sector, utilizing data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
✓Experience in requirements analysis and technical business analysis
✓Ability to break down demands into user stories
✓Familiarity with agile frameworks
✓Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Experience in stakeholder management
✓Familiarity with tools and technologies that support agile methodologies and project management
