We are seeking a Β Tech Lead / Software ArchΒ to provide technical vision and leadership for projects in a dynamic environment. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementations while mentoring team members to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Define the technical vision and architectural standards, remaining hands-on with coding as needed.
β’ Lead architectural decisions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
β’ Design and establish standards for APIs and system architecture.
β’ Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
β’ Lead performance optimization and system monitoring efforts.
β’ Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation within the organization.
β’ Mentor and develop engineers across various specializations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
β’ Establish and enforce code review processes to maintain high-quality standards.
β’ Implement comprehensive testing strategies and promote best practices in software engineering.
β’ Manage dependencies and ensure timely technical delivery.
β’ Drive agile practices, ensuring technical considerations are represented in project planning.
β’ Lead deployment processes.
β’ Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
β’ Evaluate vendor tools and third-party integrations while considering cost implications.
β’ Provide technical leadership and build high-performing teams in an inclusive environment.
β’ Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders while maintaining transparency.
Qualification:
β’ 7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
β’ Demonstrate a strong interest and familiarity with AI technologies, as they will be integrated into the project, and proactively seek opportunities to leverage AI for innovative solutions
β’ Strong proficiency in software architecture and design principles.
β’ Experience with modern development practices and agile methodologies.
β’ Experience in designing cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
β’ Solid understanding of database design and API development.
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience in digital transformation initiatives or service-oriented projects.
β’ Familiarity with design systems and DevOps practices.
β’ Microservices; API Gateway; Event Broker; Next.js; Full Stack; Cloud (AWS/GCP). Technologies to be defined during the discovery phase.
