About the Role

We are looking for a Java/Spring Developer to join our multidisciplinary team at CI&T. This role involves developing technical solutions and collaborating with development teams to ensure quality delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Work in a multidisciplinary CI&T team to resolve daily problems
→Refine and deliver technical solutions in various scenarios
→Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality delivery
→Resolve problems assertively with a macro business vision
→Enhance team knowledge by creating training sessions and dojos

Requirements

✓Knowledge in Java/Spring development
✓Knowledge in TypeScript
✓Knowledge in Node
✓Experience with Clean Code and REST APIs
✓Ability to develop unit and automated tests
✓Experience with code review
✓Experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps Repos)
✓Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, Dailies, sprints, reviews)
✓Experience in hybrid cloud environments (MS Azure), pipelines, Sonar, microservices architecture
