About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Java/Spring Developer to join our transformation technology team at CI&T. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to solve daily problems and deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in a multidisciplinary CI&T team to resolve daily problems
- →Refine and deliver technical solutions across various scenarios
- →Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality delivery for clients
- →Resolve problems assertively with a macro business perspective
- →Enhance team knowledge by creating training programs and dojos
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge in Java/Spring development
- ✓Experience with TypeScript and Node
- ✓Understanding of Clean Code principles and REST APIs
- ✓Ability to develop unit and automated tests
- ✓Experience with code review processes
- ✓Familiarity with version control tools (GitHub, Gitlab, Azure DevOps Repos)
- ✓Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, Dailies, sprints, reviews)
- ✓Experience in hybrid cloud environments (MS Azure), pipelines, Sonar, and microservices architecture
