About the Role
CI&T is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Backend Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transformative, and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop backend Java/Springboot for an iOS iPad app and a web portal using React/Next.Js
- →Work in secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments
- →Collaborate with multifunctional teams to implement new features and connect with APIs
- →Build BFF/microservices architectures for execution in Kubernetes (EKS)
- →Construct CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and traceable releases
- →Ensure complete observability (logs, metrics, alerts)
- →Communicate technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a Java/Springboot Developer
- ✓Knowledge of AWS Cloud (Lambdas/SQS/EKS)
- ✓Mature, collaborative, and quality-oriented technical skills
- ✓Good communication skills
- ✓Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational reliability
- ✓Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
