About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead / Backend Developer to join our development team for a data product and work with a client in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the team technically in initiatives for performance, resilience, and platform evolution
- →Define and review architecture for low-latency and high-scale services
- →Collaborate with other teams on routing, caching, CDN, and security strategies
- →Ensure good coding practices, testing, observability, and production operations
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience in backend application development
- ✓Experience in designing and architecting distributed and scalable systems
- ✓Strong foundation in software engineering (SOLID, best practices, design patterns)
- ✓Solid knowledge of computer networks and high-scale systems (latency, throughput, contention, network congestion, etc.)
- ✓Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- ✓Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Datadog)
- ✓Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- ✓Experience with agile methodologies
