As a Senior Manual QA Analyst, you will be part of a high-impact team dedicated to a major project in the delivery app industry. Your goal is to ensure the highest quality standards, providing a seamless experience for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Execution: Create, execute, and document detailed, well-structured test cases.
Defect Management: Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with clarity and precision, following the defect lifecycle.
Testing Techniques: Apply diverse black-box testing techniques, including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Requirements Analysis: Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure 100% test coverage and mitigate risks early.
Collaboration: Actively partner with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers, and Operations) to drive quality throughout the SDLC.
Documentation: Maintain organized, consistent, and traceable test documentation.
Quality Advocacy: Uphold product quality standards and ensure process consistency across the project.
What We Are Looking For
We need a proactive professional who combines technical rigor with a problem-solving mindset.
Technical Requirements:
Solid QA Foundations: Extensive experience in manual software testing methodologies.
Documentation Mastery: Proven ability to create and maintain test plans, defect reports, and traceability matrices.
Tools: Hands-on experience with defect tracking systems, specifically Jira.
Data Validation: Knowledge of SQL for performing basic queries and validating database information.
API Testing: Basic understanding of how APIs work to perform technical validations.
Soft Skills:
Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail and a natural curiosity to understand "how things work."
Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
