About the Role
Cinder is hiring an Agent Product Manager to help design, deploy, and scale AI-powered systems for their most important customers. This hands-on, forward-deployed product role involves working directly with enterprise customers to build and iterate on AI-driven solutions in high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, configure, and iterate on AI agents using Cinder’s platform
- →Partner with customers to understand their operational workflows and risk tolerance
- →Optimize systems based on real-world performance
- →Embed deeply with strategic customers as a trusted advisor
- →Run tight feedback loops with Engineering and Design
- →Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of relevant experience in product management, consulting, engineering, or operations
- ✓Strong technical intuition around AI- or ML-powered systems
- ✓Comfortable working directly with customers in ambiguous or high-stakes situations
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Thrive in fast-moving environments where you help define the playbook while executing day to day
